By creating an account or using Gacha Ranking you accept these terms. The site is a free, non-commercial fan project.

Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens with it, so keep your password private.
Give a real email address: we use it to confirm your account and reset your password.
Pick a display name that is not offensive, does not impersonate someone and does not advertise anything.

Fair play

Votes, duels, cards and the arena only mean something if they are honest. It is forbidden to:

create several accounts to vote more, to farm cards or to boost an arena rating (including fighting your own accounts);
use bots, scripts or exploits, or try to get around the daily limits;
harass other players, or publish hateful, illegal or deceptive content in lists, names or messages;
try to break, overload or scan the site.

We can hide content, remove cards, reset ratings, suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.

Cards, levels and rankings have no real value

Cards, draws, ratings, achievements and anything else you earn are virtual and only exist inside the site. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and they may be rebalanced, reset or removed at any time (for example to fix a bug or rebalance the arena).

Your content

The tier lists you create stay yours. By publishing them you let us display them on the site (and, for public lists, in the rankings and search engines). You promise that you have the right to share what you publish. You can delete your lists whenever you want.

Game art and trademarks

Gacha Ranking is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher. Game names, characters and pictures belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify characters in fan rankings. See the image credits.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee. It can be slow, change, or stop at any time, and we are not liable for losses linked to its use, within what the law allows.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact@gacharanking.com. These terms follow French law.
